Look closely - mid swing!
Just let go of a swing
Tube-shack
What a country! Some of these photos are terrible quality, this is because we used a waterproof disposable whilst 'tubing'.

Tubing:
For about $3.50, you hire a 'tube' - an old tractor inner tube from a shack in Vang-Vieng town. There is a massive sign saying "NO INSURANCE COMPANY IN THE WORLD COVERS THIS ACTIVITY" so you begin to wonder what your about to do. You then jump in the back of a wagon which takes you upstream about 3km. After being dropped off, you sit in your tube and float down the river. After roughly 200m, a local will throw a line out to you and haul you into the riverbank where a bar is set up.There are hundreds of people doing the same thing so its all a good laugh. These bars also have zip lines, slides and huge swings that you can try, dropping you into the river! Of course initially it doesn't appeal too much but a few beers later... Once you've had enough of one bar, jump back in your tube, float down the river to the next one!
